Polypropylene fiber is the lightest synthetic fiber, with density 0.90-0.92 g/cm3. Recycled PP fiber is normally pre-consumer recycled, made from fiber wastes, yarn wastes or fabric wastes. It has electrical insulation and thermal insulation, very suitable for filling of winter clothing or fabrics for ski suits, mountaineering suits, etc. Meanwhile, polypropylene fiber has excellent characteristics as high strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance, anti-microbial, same tenacity under dry and wet conditions, so it’s also the ideal material for geotextile and construction.
